IN THE
EARLY YEARS...
In the early years of my profession, I worked as a freelancer, where I primarily focused on branding, print and digital materials, advertising, photography, video, and more. Eventually, I learned I wanted to make a larger impact with small to medium-sized businesses. I thought the best way for me to do this, that allowed me to build my skills quickly, was to work in the corporate world. And that is exactly what I did.

In the early years of my profession, I worked as a freelancer, where I primarily focused on branding, print and digital materials, advertising, photography, video, and more. Eventually, I learned I wanted to
make a larger impact with small to medium-sized businesses. I thought the best way for me to do this, that allowed me to build my skills quickly, was to work in the corporate world. And that is exactly what I did.
I worked for the FC Tucker Company, Indiana’s largest privately owned real estate company in Indiana, as well as CFC Properties, part of Cook Group, a global corporation. During this rein, I also continued to help several small businesses when the opportunities presented themselves. All of which led to building a wealth of knowledge in the marketing field.
LOVE OF TRAVEL
While I grew to thrive and be comfortable in my corporate roles, my journey always seems to lead me to new towns. At heart, I love to travel, so when that door opens, it’s thrilling to walk through it.
THE SHIFTING POINT...
By the end of 2022, that door of opportunity opened again. An exciting, yet unexpected event led my family to move to Evansville, Indiana. Now, by this point, I had been with CFC for nearly eight years. The thought of having to switch gears again in the future
due to another potential move, along with the inclination of what I might want to do during retirement, suddenly seemed a little daunting. Long story short, I decided, it was the perfect opportunity for me to launch my own “remote” business.

So, if you’re taking a sneak peek at my work samples, you’ll find an array of materials I’ve developed over the course as a marketing professional. The same goes for my testimonials, they are from individuals and business owners I have had the privilege of working with over the years.
Helping Small Businesses Scale
From 2022 up until mid-2023, I developed my own business plan, evaluated and decided what areas to focus on that would essentially help small businesses the most in terms of scaling. I also set myself up to learn new skills and techniques to further make my services valuable, built a network of trusted service providers, and partnered with a larger social media ads agency that allows me to pull expert advice when needed.
While I don’t like to name-drop (in respect of anonymity/privacy), I will share that this ads agency has a collective ad spend in the seven digits, and claims to have clients who’ve been featured on Oprah, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc., and more. So, I’d like to think, they know the inns and outs like the back of their hand.
Also, when you see the references “we” or “our”, throughout the ARK3 Marketing site, know that you are working directly with me, as well as my team of experts within my network.
Unique Background...
My unique background has given me the privilege to work with many businesses in different industries, such as real estate, professional services, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail. There is no
one-size-fits-all solution. I have the capability to work with a variety of businesses from start-ups to those who are more seasoned and looking to scale their business to the next level.
For the record though – marketing is an extremely vast field, and by all means, I do not claim to know everything out there about marketing in every industry, and in some instances, I might even be limited in areas within industries I am familiar with. However...
